One vegetarian meal a week is good for the body and the hip pocket. This week’s silverbeet risotto is easy to cook and super tasty. Silverbeet is an often overlooked vegetable for its more commonly used spinach. This week we are doubling the tacos and Italian sausage and white bean. Friday – Leftovers or something from the freezer from your food banked meals
Saturday – Pad Thai. Recipe on the app.
Sunday – Super-simple meal night. Pull a meal from the freezer or make eggs on toast, lebanese bread pizzas, toasted sandwiches or baked potatoes with your favourite toppings.
