This week we have a few vegetarian meals which can be great for warmer months. The other meals are quite simple as we want to minimise time in the kitchen during warmer months.
MEAL PLAN #12 – SUMMER
Monday – Asian beef mince. Recipe on the app. A super quick meal with steamed rice.
Tuesday – Poached chicken with lamb mince Recipe on the app.
Wednesday – Baked green chicken curry. Recipe on the blog.
Thursday – Spanakopita. Recipe on the app and the blog.
Friday – Leftovers
Saturday – Puttanesca pasta. Double and freeze half the sauce. Recipe on the blog and the app.
Sunday – Pizza. Recipe on the app and the blog. You can always cheat and do Lebanese bread pizzas instead!
Snacks – Semolina cake. Recipe on the app and the blog. Cut into portions and freeze.
