The cooler months are great for meal slower cooked meals that lend themselves to doubling and freezing. This week we are doubling the meat mix for the Chicken and veal pasta sauce and the Lamb tagine. A leftovers meal, a simple dinner, and two meals from the freezer. Dinner done.
MEAL PLAN #30: AUTUMN/FALL
Monday – Chicken and veal pasta sauce – double the meat recipe and freeze half. Recipe on the app.
Tuesday – Lamb tagine Double and freeze half. Recipe on the app.
Wednesday – Minestrone. Recipe on the app and the blog.
Thursday – Nepalese yoghurt skewers from the freezer from week 28. Recipe on the app and the blog. Serve with salad and or steamed vegetables.
Friday – Leftovers / dining out / takeaway
Saturday – Hamburgers from the freezer from week 28. Recipe on the app and the blog.
Sunday – Simple meal: Omelette. Recipe on the app and the blog.
Snacks: Berry muffins – recipe on the app and the blog. I use this quantity and make 24 smaller muffins so there are plenty for snacks and lunch boxes.
