Winter is coming – ok so it is already arrived. Making your own baked beans is a great way to increase veggie intake without anyone noticing anything green. This week we are repurposing the frozen middle eastern meatballs from week 29 into wraps – yum. A great varied menu with something for everyone this week. Dinner done.
MEAL PLAN #31: Winter
Monday – Grecian beef – double the meat recipe and freeze half. Recipe on the app and coming soon to the blog.
Tuesday – Homemade baked beans. Double and freeze half. Recipe on the app and the blog.
Wednesday – Mulligatawny soup. Recipe on the app and the blog.
Thursday – Middle eastern meatball wraps from the meatballs in the freezer from week 29. Recipe on the app and the blog. Serve with salad.
Friday – Leftovers / dining out / takeaway
Saturday – BBQ lamb from the freezer from week 29. Recipe on the app.
Sunday – Simple meal: BLATs (bacon, lettuce, avocado and tomato toasted sandwiches). Cook the bacon and make into a sandwich.
Snacks: Apple slice – recipe on the app and the blog. Cut into portions and freeze for easy placement in the lunch boxes.
