Making your own lamb kibbeh is so easy. Double the mixture and freeze half before cooking for a few weeks down the track, or great lunchbox fillers. Lebanese bread pizzas are a quick alternative to making your own dough on a night when you are time poor. Dinner done.

Tuesday – Nepalese chicken curry. Double and freeze half. Recipe on the app.
Wednesday – Veggie pasties. Recipe on the blog.
Thursday – Chicken and chorizo braise in the freezer from week 33. Recipe on the app and the blog.
Friday – Leftovers / dining out / takeaway
Saturday – Tacos from the freezer from week 33. Recipe on the app and the blog.
Sunday – Super simple meal: Lebanese bread pizzas. Top some Lebanese bread with some passata and cheese, or add your own ingredients to use up any leftover veggies e.g. capsicum/peppers, mushrooms etc..
Snacks: Lemon syrup cake – recipe on the app and the blog. Cut into squares before freezing.
