Having a super simple meal night one day a week makes life so much simpler. This week we are suggesting an omelette – use a traditional ham and cheese combination or add tomato, some basil or parsley. You can also switch for the Asian omelette and use up your leftovers. Chicken pie is one of our freezable meals which is great with either potato or sweet potato topping. Getting organised has never been so simple.
