Pesto is a very versatile dish – great with pasta, or on toasted sandwiches or pizza. Keep some frozen for quick meals down the track. The Asian marinade works well with pork or chicken, and is perfect teamed with some steamed rice and greens like buk choy. Add some choc chip cookies into the mix for tasty lunchbox treats. Dinner done.
