The closer we get to the end of the year, the busier you get and the more you need to think about food banking. This week we are doubling the tomato pasta sauce and chicken tagine. The midweek meal is our roast sweet potato recipe from a few weeks ago on the blog – a great vegan option. Chocolate brownies for the lunches and dinner and snacks are done.

Monday – Tomato pasta sauce – double and freeze half. Recipe on the app and the blog.
Tuesday – Chicken tagine. Double and freeze half. Recipe on the app.
Wednesday – Roast sweet potato and quinoa braise. Recipe on the blog.
Thursday – Middle Eastern meatballs – from the freezer from week 46. Recipe on the app and the blog.
Friday – Leftovers / dining out / takeaway
Saturday – Bean and barley braise from the freezer from week 46. Recipe on the app and the blog.
Sunday – Super simple meal: Toasted sandwiches – anyway you like them. Two recipes on the app for ham and cheese or pesto and tomato so they can auto add to your shopping list.
