The barbecue will get a good workout this week, with three meals you can cook on it. This week we are doubling the marinated Greek pork skewers and the split pea dahl. We love the simplicity of the Asian beef mince, which is a meal that is ready in minutes. Carrot cake makes a nice freezable snack too. Dinner done.
