It is a week filled with fast and family-friendly meals. The Thai pork curry – one of this week’s freezable meals – is a great introduction to curries for young children. You can swap the pork mince with chicken mince if you prefer. Our mid-week meal is Aglio e olio e pesce, which we cook with flathead, blue eye, snapper or gem fish. Cook it on the day you buy the fish preferably. Some apple muffins for the lunches, and you are set for the week.
