Tuesday – Potato and zucchini quesadillas – recipe on app.
Wednesday – Lemon and garlic chicken marinade with couscous salad – both of these recipes are on the app. Double the marinade on the chicken for later weeks.
Thursday – Tacos – double the meat recipe and freeze for later. Recipe on the blog and the app.
Friday – Leftover night or takeaway – use pot luck meals from the fridge if you have them.
Saturday – Herb crusted fish – Recipe on the blog and the app.
Sunday – Easy meal – Chick pea curry. Double and freeze half. Recipe on the blog and the app.
